1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WorkShot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WorkShot is an AI-powered tool that generates professional headshot images from user-uploaded photos. The service uses third-party AI infrastructure to create realistic headshots in predefined professional styles. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly match your actual appearance.

3. Upload Rights and Identity Scope

By uploading a photo to WorkShot, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the person pictured in the photo. WorkShot is intended for self-headshot generation only.
• You have the legal right to submit the photo for processing.
• The photo does not depict a celebrity, public figure, third party, or minor.

You are solely responsible for the photo you upload. WorkShot may refuse requests that fall outside this self-headshot scope.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload a photo of anyone other than yourself, including celebrities, public figures, acquaintances, or minors.
• Use WorkShot for face swapping, deepfakes, celebrity impersonation, third-party identity manipulation, or deceptive synthetic identities.
• Upload, request, create, or attempt to create NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, erotic, or exploitative content.
• Use generated headshots for identity fraud, misrepresentation, phishing, scams, or deception.
• Use the service for illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, or otherwise harmful purposes.
• Represent AI-generated headshots as real photographs for official or legal purposes, including passports, IDs, KYC, or identity verification.

Generation requests may be screened by automated safety systems. We reserve the right to refuse service, block requests, delete content, and restrict access when these rules are violated. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional details.

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

All images produced by WorkShot are generated by artificial intelligence. These images:

• Are not actual photographs taken by a camera or photographer.
• May not perfectly represent your appearance; results vary based on photo quality and individual characteristics.
• Are not suitable for official ID documents, passports, government applications, driver's licenses, or any legally required photographs.
• Must not be used for identity verification, background checks, or any process requiring a genuine photograph.

6. Ownership and License

You own the headshots you download. You may use them for personal and professional purposes, including LinkedIn profiles, resumes, company websites, and business cards. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the generated images complies with applicable laws and the rules of the platform where you use them.

7. Free Generations and Optional Extra Packs

WorkShot provides a limited number of free generation requests per browser session each UTC calendar day. Current limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change as the service evolves.

After the free daily generation quota is used, we may offer optional one-time extra-generation packs. These are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Current package prices, included generations, and validity periods are shown before purchase.

• Extra-generation credits are attached to the same anonymous browser session used to start checkout and are not designed to transfer between browsers, devices, or cleared browser storage.
• Purchased extra-generation credits expire 24 hours after payment. Unused expired credits do not roll over.
• Daily free generations are used before paid extra-generation credits.
• A paid generation credit is consumed only when the free daily quota has been exhausted. If a paid generation fails before producing a usable result, WorkShot is designed to restore that reserved paid credit.

8. Payments, Taxes, and Merchant of Record

Paid purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Creem provides the hosted checkout, processes payment, and handles applicable transaction taxes such as VAT, GST, or sales tax based on the purchase location. Taxes may be added to the displayed WorkShot package price at checkout.

Payment confirmation and delivery of extra-generation credits depend on a verified payment event from Creem. A browser redirect by itself does not grant credits.

9. Refunds and Payment Issues

Because extra-generation credits are delivered digitally and may be used immediately, purchases are generally final once the purchased credits have been used. If you are charged but the purchased credits are not delivered, you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, or a technical problem prevents use of the purchased credits, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page with the payment receipt or order information so we can investigate.

Unused credits that expire after their stated 24-hour validity period are generally not refundable solely because they were not used, except where required by applicable law. Creem, as Merchant of Record, may also process or require a refund in accordance with its own payment, refund, fraud, or chargeback procedures. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, any unused extra-generation credits associated with that purchase may be disabled immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

WorkShot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated images, including but not limited to misrepresentation, identity-related issues, or any consequences of using AI-generated images in contexts that require genuine photographs. You assume full responsibility for how you use the generated headshots.
