WorkShot is an AI-powered tool that generates professional headshot images from user-uploaded photos. The service uses artificial intelligence to create realistic headshots in various professional styles.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must upload photos of yourself only, or photos you have explicit permission to use.
• You must not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, or other individuals without their consent.
• You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photo you upload.

4. AI-Generated Content

All images produced by WorkShot are generated by artificial intelligence. These images:

• Are not actual photographs taken by a camera or photographer.
• May not perfectly represent your appearance.
• Should not be used for identity verification purposes.
• Are not suitable for official ID documents, passports, government applications, or any legally required photographs.

5. Ownership and License

You own the headshots you download. You may use them for personal and professional purposes, including LinkedIn profiles, resumes, company websites, and business cards.

6. Payment and Refunds

Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. If you are unsatisfied with a generated headshot, contact us within 7 days for a credit refund or free regeneration.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkShot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated images, including but not limited to misrepresentation or identity-related issues.
