By using WorkShot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WorkShot is an AI-powered tool that generates professional headshot images from user-uploaded photos. The service uses artificial intelligence (GPT-Image-2) to create realistic headshots in various professional styles. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly match your actual appearance.

3. Upload Rights and Permissions

By uploading a photo to WorkShot, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the person pictured in the photo, or you have obtained explicit, informed consent from the person pictured to upload their photo for AI processing.
• You have the legal right to submit the photo for processing.
• The photo does not depict a celebrity, public figure, or any third party without their consent.
• The photo does not depict a minor unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents. WorkShot is not liable for unauthorized uploads.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, including celebrities, public figures, or acquaintances.
• Use generated headshots for identity fraud, misrepresentation, or deception.
• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Represent AI-generated headshots as real photographs for official or legal purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, delete content, and ban users who violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

All images produced by WorkShot are generated by artificial intelligence. These images:

• Are not actual photographs taken by a camera or photographer.
• May not perfectly represent your appearance; results vary based on photo quality and individual characteristics.
• Are not suitable for official ID documents, passports, government applications, driver's licenses, or any legally required photographs.
• Must not be used for identity verification, background checks, or any process requiring a genuine photograph.

6. Ownership and License

You own the headshots you download. You may use them for personal and professional purposes, including LinkedIn profiles, resumes, company websites, and business cards. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the generated images complies with applicable laws and the rules of the platform where you use them.

7. Fair Use During Beta

During the public beta period, WorkShot is free to use within daily fair-use limits (UTC calendar day). These limits may change without prior notice. Paid plans are not available during the beta. See our Free Beta page for current fair-use limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

WorkShot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated images, including but not limited to misrepresentation, identity-related issues, or any consequences of using AI-generated images in contexts that require genuine photographs. You assume full responsibility for how you use the generated headshots.
