Privacy and Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your uploaded photos or generated images:

Please include "Deletion Request" in the subject line. We typically process requests within 48 hours.

Response Time

We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

What to Include in Your Email

  • A clear description of your question or issue.
  • For generation problems: the browser and device you used, and whether the error appeared during upload, processing, or download.
  • For deletion requests: the approximate date of your generation so we can locate the records.
  • WorkShot is free during beta, so there are no purchases to troubleshoot.

  • Generation failed? Make sure your photo is a clear, front-facing selfie under 10 MB in JPG, PNG, or WebP format. Try a different photo with better lighting.
  • Want to delete your photo? Email us with "Deletion Request" in the subject. We process deletion requests within 48 hours. Photos are also automatically deleted within 30 days.
  • Can I use my headshot for an official ID? No — WorkShot headshots are AI-generated and not suitable for passports, driver's licenses, or government IDs. See our Disclaimer.
