Not Official Identification

Headshots from WorkShot are not suitable for official identification purposes. They must not be used as:

• Government-issued ID photos (driver's license, national ID, etc.)
• Employee badge photos where a real photograph is required

User Consent and Right to Upload

By uploading a photo to WorkShot, you confirm that:

• Uploaded photos are processed securely and deleted within 30 days of generation.
• Generated headshots are available for download for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• We never use uploaded photos or generated images for AI model training.
• We never sell or share your facial images with third parties for marketing.
