All headshots produced by WorkShot are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not actual photographs taken by a camera or a professional photographer. Results may vary and may not perfectly represent your actual appearance.

Not Official Identification

Headshots from WorkShot are not suitable for official identification purposes. They must not be used as:

• Passport photos or visa applications
• Government-issued ID photos (driver's license, national ID, etc.)
• Employee badge photos where a real photograph is required
• Identity verification documents for financial institutions or legal proceedings

Using AI-generated images for these purposes may violate laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Self-Headshot Requirement

By uploading a photo to WorkShot, you confirm that:

• The photo is of yourself. WorkShot is for self-headshot generation only.
• You have the legal right to submit the photo for AI processing.
• You understand the photo will be processed by AI service providers to generate your professional headshot.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use WorkShot to:

• Upload another person's photo, including a celebrity, public figure, acquaintance, or minor.
• Create face swaps, deepfakes, celebrity impersonations, or deceptive synthetic identities.
• Create or attempt to create NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Commit identity fraud, impersonation, deception, harassment, defamation, or other illegal or harmful activity.

Biometric and Facial Image Sensitivity

Facial images are sensitive personal data in many jurisdictions. WorkShot takes this seriously:

• Uploaded photos are stored under a Cloudflare R2 lifecycle rule configured to expire objects after 30 days.
• Generated headshots use the same 30-day lifecycle rule; expired objects are removed automatically by Cloudflare R2 lifecycle processing.
• We never use uploaded photos or generated images for AI model training.
• We never sell or share your facial images with third parties for marketing.

Results May Vary

AI-generated headshots depend on the quality and characteristics of the uploaded photo. We do not guarantee that results will match your expectations or be suitable for every use case. You may request a regeneration if the initial result is unsatisfactory.

Deletion and Contact

To request deletion of your photos or generated images before the automatic 30-day storage expiration, contact us at support@workshot.work. We review and process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
