Acceptable Use Policy

WorkShot is designed only for creating professional portraits of the person who is using the service. This policy explains what content and uses are not allowed.

1. Use Only Your Own Photo

You may upload and generate a headshot only from a photo of yourself.

• Do not upload another person's photo, even if you know that person.
• Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, politicians, or fictionalized public personalities.
• Do not use WorkShot to impersonate, imitate, or misrepresent another person.
• Do not upload photos of minors.

2. No Sexual or NSFW Content

You must not upload, request, create, or attempt to create:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or erotic content.
• Nudity or content intended to sexualize a person.
• Sexual content involving minors or any exploitative sexual material.

3. No Face Swaps, Deepfakes, or Deceptive Identity Uses

WorkShot is not a face-swap or deepfake service. You must not use or attempt to use it to:

• Swap one person's identity or face onto another person.
• Create deepfakes, celebrity impersonations, or deceptive synthetic identities.
• Commit identity fraud, misrepresentation, phishing, scams, or other deceptive activity.
• Create images for passports, government IDs, KYC, identity verification, background checks, or other processes that require a genuine photograph.

4. No Harmful or Illegal Content

You must not use WorkShot to create or facilitate content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, or intended to cause harm to another person.

5. Professional Headshot Scope

WorkShot may adjust professional presentation elements such as clothing, lighting, framing, and background while aiming to keep you recognizable as the original uploader. The service is not intended for unrestricted image generation or identity manipulation.

6. Safety Enforcement

Generation requests may be screened by automated safety systems before they are sent to an image-generation provider. We may block a request, refuse service, or remove content when we reasonably believe it violates this policy or applicable law.
