WorkShot is designed only for creating professional portraits of the person who is using the service. This policy explains what content and uses are not allowed.

You may upload and generate a headshot only from a photo of yourself.

You must not upload, request, create, or attempt to create:

You must not use WorkShot to create or facilitate content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, exploitative, or intended to cause harm to another person.

5. Professional Headshot Scope

WorkShot may adjust professional presentation elements such as clothing, lighting, framing, and background while aiming to keep you recognizable as the original uploader. The service is not intended for unrestricted image generation or identity manipulation.

6. Safety Enforcement

Generation requests may be screened by automated safety systems before they are sent to an image-generation provider. We may block a request, refuse service, or remove content when we reasonably believe it violates this policy or applicable law.
